We love pasta so I make a lot of homemade marinara and garlic/oil sauce, but this time I tried a “sauceless” version. It was delicious and received a thumbs up from both of my boys- Jack and Sawyer! The original recipe by Giada called for spicy sausage and broccoli rabe with orecchiette pasta. I substituted with turkey sausage to make it a little healthier. Also, I used broccoli and penne since that’s what I had on hand.
