Ginger Soy Ahi Tuna Steak

There’s nothing easier than pan-searing tuna steak!  I never remember to marinade hours ahead of time, but it still tasted great marinating for just 15 minutes. Remember to reserve a little sauce to pour over the steaks just before serving. I ate this with a side salad to limit my carbs, but the boys ate it over rice. And the nutritious part is it’s high in protein, low in saturated fat and contains essential amino acids (used to build protein and repair cells) and omega 3 fatty acids (lowers triglycerides and BP). A dinner that’s quick, easy, healthy and delicious. What’s not to love?
