I made the following changes to the sauce: Decrease soy sauce to 1/3 cup and then add chicken stock to the 1 cup line. Double everything else. I also used honey instead of sugar. Add fresh garlic (with ginger). Top the final dish with scallions and toasted sesame seeds!
