Simplicity DPC offers PCR COVID-19 testing for adults (18yo +) with results in 30 minutes. 

Testing Info and Costs

  • Fill out the form below to request testing.
  • Dr. Brown will contact you to schedule your test.
  • A health questionnaire form will be emailed to you from Dr. Brown.
  • Stay in your car and call the office when you arrive for your appointment.
  • Dr. Brown will come out to the parking lot and perform the test.
  • You will receive a call/email with results.
  • Cost is $70 for members and $125 for non-members. No insurance accepted.
  • Payment is required at time of testing via cash (exact amount) or credit card.

Please note that Simplicity DPC members receive priority scheduling. Non-members will be scheduled as able depending on appointment availability, but are not guaranteed.
